V Jewelers's respectful and family-oriented service has made me a customer for life. There was a specific watch model I wanted and Daniel did not try to sell me an item from stock. Instead he listened and provided options he could acquire but stated he would make inquiries through his network to get exactly what I wanted. I visited the store several times and met his brother Eddie who was incredibly approachable and with whom I enjoyed talking watches. Daniel kept me in the loop while he searched and was able to quickly find the watch I wanted at a price with which I was comfortable. When I arrived for the watch, staff Emma and Karla genuinely shared my excitement. Even Ed, the father, came to admire the watch as Daniel delivered it to me. From beginning to end they provided excellent service and made me feel like a member of their family.
Found this place to get my ring fixed after having to have it cut off. They did an exceptional job and the price was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend V Jewelers for your jewelry needs.
We absolutely love V jewelers! We have purchased multiple pieces from Daniel and they are all my favorite, I wear them everyday! We will continue to do business with them for years to come and for all the occasions!
Very friendly and helpful. Took my dad’s watch to get repaired and later gave me a quote once they had a chance to look at it. It was then fixed in about a week. The watch was very sentimental to me because it was given to my father for Christmas in 1971 from my late mother. They are reasonably priced and cover their work for a year. I also needed a watch battery and they were able to do it while I waited. I opted for the lifetime warranty for the battery and the price was about $20 less than the store at arrowhead mall that fixes watches and their warranty is only good for 5 years on the battery and as I mentioned earlier $20 more. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend this jewelry store not only for repairs but the jewelry in their cases is absolutely beautiful. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business.

We have been there before. We have always had a positive experience there! This time we had to get a watch battery for my husbands watch. I needed to have a ring resized smaller and he explained that the rings design would be able to be done but it would likely cost a lot and after speaking with the jeweler I found that indeed it did! I am trying to decide what I need to do. I appreciated the estimate and will make my decision soon. The price he quoted was very fair, it just took me by surprise! He spent quite a bit of time with us and we got my husband’s ring prongs repaired. They are a fair and honest group! I would definitely recommend them.
Staff here is honest and genuine. I was able to design my own ring and even hand-pick the sapphires. I've never had a negative experience here. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will order it or create it for you. Won't buy my jewelry anywhere else!

We have worked with them on some challenging pieces and they have exceeded our expectations in every way. Please support this local family owned business. I dropped off 7 pieces to be fixed/sized on a Saturday when the store was packed with customers, and the staff was incredible. They gave me a date for completion and I let her know I would be out of town, so she adjusted the date to before I left and then completed it all 8 days early. V is definitely my new jeweler. The pieces look fantastic!! Couldn’t be happier!

V Jewelers provides quality jewelry and service. They are a local family owned business, which I find gives a much more honest and genuine experience. The service provided is personable, rather than your generic chain jeweler companies. There was no “salesman” pressure at any point in time. I highly recommend working with Daniel. He has been great each time I have gone in and answers any question I’ve had. His brother and father are also knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable while you are there. I personally liked that they give you space to look and discuss between options without the awkwardness of someone hovering over you while you’re making an important decision. I have no regrets of choosing to do business with Daniel and his family. I love my ring set and it is beautiful! Overall, I recommend V Jewelers for a reputable local choice for your jewelry needs. Very kind staff and excellent skills at repairs, also when we price match they have been the best price every time. We had two rings sized and prongs repaired and an inlaid bracelet stone repaired. We have been very happy with V Jewelers.
i went to 4 different jewelers to try and fix my bracelet. it was missing a bead and i was told no one could find the same size bead and if they did it would cost more than what the bracelet was even worth! so glad i found this place. they even polished it for me after! will definitely recommend!

V Jewelers went above and beyond what I could have asked for. While traveling for Thanksgiving my husband and I stopped in to have them look at my wedding ring as I thought it was missing a very small diamond. Little did we know one of the prongs to hold the big diamond was completely gone. Daniel told us not to worry asked when we were going home and said he could have it ready by Saturday. You just don’t find customer service like that any more. We picked it up Saturday new prongs and Diamond's looking absolutely amazing. We don’t live in Arizona, but will send all of our jewelry to V Jewelry’s from now on. Top notch service and quality.
Stopped in first time and even though it was close to the end of the day they still took the time to repair my gold chain going as far as fixing another area I was unaware of at no charge! Polished up my gold cross and I was on my way. Very friendly and great service. While browsing around the store I saw some beautiful pieces they have for sale. Highly recommend!
Everyone at V Jewelers is so friendly and helpful every time I’ve visited. I just picked up two necklaces I needed worked on. They both look beautiful. I only have a photo of one but my daughter’s locket is just as beautiful as my pendant.
Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I went in to get a watch repaired. And I was helped by the staff, took less then 15 mins at no cost. I went on to buy a stainless arrowhead necklace. Will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend!
I was recommended this place by a family member for jewelry resizing and they exceeded my expectations. My engagement ring was too big so I brought it to be adjusted, and you wouldnt know that it was its so seamless. Do not hesitate to come here, they are amazing :)
