All of our custom pieces and jewelry repairs are either crafted or worked on in-house by our skilled team, which includes Ed and Eddie Jr. along with Daniel who you will often see on our showroom floor. V Jewelers's respectful and family-oriented service has made me a customer for life. There was a specific watch model I wanted and Daniel did not try to sell me an item from stock. Instead he listened and provided options he could acquire but stated he would make inquiries through his network to get exactly what I wanted. I visited the store several times and met his brother Eddie who was incredibly approachable and with whom I enjoyed talking watches. Daniel kept me in the loop while he searched and was able to quickly find the watch I wanted at a price with which I was comfortable. When I arrived for the watch, staff Emma and Karla genuinely shared my excitement. Even Ed, the father, came to admire the watch as Daniel delivered it to me. From beginning to end they provided excellent service and made me feel like a member of their family.

Gorgeous jewelry at this family owned store. We brought in a ring to be sized and a chain to be repaired and ended up having a magnetic clasp added. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other jewelry stores and they are very friendly and professional. Couldn’t receive better customer service. They repaired both items in a short timeframe and cleaned them as well. Good location too-same mall as Rio Mirage and Irish Wolfhound. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now for our jewelry and repairs.

We were extremely pleased with our first visit to V Jewelers. Their customer service was excellent in reviewing our need for repair of two rings and a necklace chain. The estimated time for the repair was minimal and we were notified our jewelry was ready for pick up 2 days earlier than promised. The repairs were perfect and our rings never sparkled so brilliantly!! We will definitely be back for any future purchases and/or repairs.

Very friendly and helpful. Took my dad’s watch to get repaired and later gave me a quote once they had a chance to look at it. It was then fixed in about a week. The watch was very sentimental to me because it was given to my father for Christmas in 1971 from my late mother. They are reasonably priced and cover their work for a year. I also needed a watch battery and they were able to do it while I waited. I opted for the lifetime warranty for the battery and the price was about $20 less than the store at arrowhead mall that fixes watches and their warranty is only good for 5 years on the battery and as I mentioned earlier $20 more. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend this jewelry store not only for repairs but the jewelry in their cases is absolutely beautiful. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their business.

We have been there before. We have always had a positive experience there! This time we had to get a watch battery for my husbands watch. I needed to have a ring resized smaller and he explained that the rings design would be able to be done but it would likely cost a lot and after speaking with the jeweler I found that indeed it did! I am trying to decide what I need to do. I appreciated the estimate and will make my decision soon. The price he quoted was very fair, it just took me by surprise! He spent quite a bit of time with us and we got my husband’s ring prongs repaired. They are a fair and honest group! I would definitely recommend them.

Staff here is honest and genuine. I was able to design my own ring and even hand-pick the sapphires. I've never had a negative experience here. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will order it or create it for you. Won't buy my jewelry anywhere else!

Stopped in first time and even though it was close to the end of the day they still took the time to repair my gold chain going as far as fixing another area I was unaware of at no charge! Polished up my gold cross and I was on my way. Very friendly and great service. While browsing around the store I saw some beautiful pieces they have for sale. Highly recommend!

I dropped off 7 pieces to be fixed/sized on a Saturday when the store was packed with customers, and the staff was incredible. They gave me a date for completion and I let her know I would be out of town, so she adjusted the date to before I left and then completed it all 8 days early. V is definitely my new jeweler. The pieces look fantastic!! Couldn’t be happier!

V Jewelers provides quality jewelry and service. They are a local family owned business, which I find gives a much more honest and genuine experience. The service provided is personable, rather than your generic chain jeweler companies. There was no “salesman” pressure at any point in time.
I highly recommend working with Daniel. He has been great each time I have gone in and answers any question I’ve had. His brother and father are also knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable while you are there. I personally liked that they give you space to look and discuss between options without the awkwardness of someone hovering over you while you’re making an important decision. I have no regrets of choosing to do business with Daniel and his family. I love my ring set and it is beautiful!
