V Jewelers's respectful and family-oriented service has made me a customer for life. There was a specific watch model I wanted and Daniel did not try to sell me an item from stock. Instead he listened and provided options he could acquire but stated he would make inquiries through his network to get exactly what I wanted. I visited the store several times and met his brother Eddie who was incredibly approachable and with whom I enjoyed talking watches. Daniel kept me in the loop while he searched and was able to quickly find the watch I wanted at a price with which I was comfortable. When I arrived for the watch, staff Emma and Karla genuinely shared my excitement. Even Ed, the father, came to admire the watch as Daniel delivered it to me. From beginning to end they provided excellent service and made me feel like a member of their family.

This was my first time coming here. We needed a battery replaced in a watch. The service was top notch! We were in and out within about 5 minutes. If you haven't been in yet, you should check them out as the jewelry on display is absolutely beautiful!! 😍

I stopped in V Jewelers for a battery for my watch and decided to get my rings cleaned. Upon inspection one ring was in good condition but the other had worn prongs. They said I could wait but I should get them tipped in the near future. No pressure, which I liked. I decided to have the repair done and I was pleased with the results. They were very pleasant and professional. I will be using this business again.

Very nice and friendly very professional I dropped my ring off I was just having a ring sized and when I came back and picked it up I almost didn't recognize it it was so clean and so beautiful they did such a nice job it was great I will definitely recommend them and go back there again.

We have been there before. We have always had a positive experience there! This time we had to get a watch battery for my husbands watch. I needed to have a ring resized smaller and he explained that the rings design would be able to be done but it would likely cost a lot and after speaking with the jeweler I found that indeed it did! I am trying to decide what I need to do. I appreciated the estimate and will make my decision soon. The price he quoted was very fair, it just took me by surprise! He spent quite a bit of time with us and we got my husband’s ring prongs repaired. They are a fair and honest group! I would definitely recommend them. An update: I decided to put my diamond in an old setting that was my original wedding ring, one that my husband picked out for me 58 years ago! They did a fabulous job and it is just beautiful! I also had them fix another ring! Got both back today and I am so happy!! If you need anything from new jewelry to needing something to be fixed, they are the local jewelers to go to!! Thank you!

We have worked with them on some challenging pieces and they have exceeded our expectations in every way. Please support this local family owned business. One of the best. They did some custom designed pieces for my wife. They instilled confidence in us from start and I won’t say finish as we pop in at least once a year for a check up and cleaning . They are personable , honest and very deserving of this review.

SO SO HAPPY I found this jewelry store ( shop). I needed some batteries replaced in a few watches and I called 4 different places that couldn’t do it ( or didn’t want to) . I called them in the morning and by the afternoon ALL MY WATCHES WERE RUNNING!!! Great place! I’ll be back!!

V Jewelers provides quality jewelry and service. They are a local family owned business, which I find gives a much more honest and genuine experience. The service provided is personable, rather than your generic chain jeweler companies. There was no “salesman” pressure at any point in time. I highly recommend working with Daniel. He has been great each time I have gone in and answers any question I’ve had. His brother and father are also knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable while you are there. I personally liked that they give you space to look and discuss between options without the awkwardness of someone hovering over you while you’re making an important decision. I have no regrets of choosing to do business with Daniel and his family. I love my ring set and it is beautiful! Overall, I recommend V Jewelers for a reputable local choice for your jewelry needs. Staff here is honest and genuine. I was able to design my own ring and even hand-pick the sapphires. I've never had a negative experience here. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will order it or create it for you. Won't buy my jewelry anywhere else!
